Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years kitchen preparation experience or equivalent; excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment; knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen; manual dexterity for kitchen tools; ability to perform in a fast-paced environment; preferred experience in a fine dining restaurant; conversational English vocabulary; ability to read and comprehend instructions; strong team-minded approach; proficient knife skills; physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
