Emphasizing the social experience and taking a vibe-driven approach to fine dining, Saltwater Social features a DJ in every venue to create an infectious, high-energy atmosphere, encouraging guests to interact and mingle. Ultimately, Saltwater Social aims to define the modern dining experience complete with incredible food, world-class service, and the perfect ambiance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong understanding of work safety and emergency procedures; ability to minimize waste and communicate effectively with the team; knowledge of standard recipe cards and culinary tools; attention to detail in food preparation and storage, maintaining quality standards; compliance with health department sanitation requirements; motivation for continuous learning and improvement in culinary skills; able to work 8+ hours per day
