Position: Prep Cook job
About: This position is for a Prep Cook at a restaurant, responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products according to the Daily Prep List using various kitchen equipment and utensils. The Cook will be expected to maintain cleanliness and follow kitchen procedures and standards throughout their shift.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity; clear communication skills with managers and kitchen personnel; ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds; capable of working in a standing position for extended periods (up to 5 hours)
