Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; professional training through a culinary education or working in a fast-paced high-volume fine dining restaurant/catering facility preferred; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; ability to work in a team-oriented setting and lift items up to 30 pounds; proficiency in English language; at least one year of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
