About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is currently hiring Kitchen Staff / Food Prep at 4511 Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. As a Prep Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction around recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food. Responsibilities include preparing food items, following recipes, portion control, and presentation specs, restocking items and utensils, and maintaining station cleanliness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in food preparation preferred; knowledge of food safety practices; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
