Position: Prep Cook job
About: LDV Hospitality, known for creating authentic and unique restaurant and cocktail bar experiences inspired by La Dolce Vita, is seeking a Prep Cook to join their team. The Prep Cook will be responsible for setting up and stocking the station, preparing menu items, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality service at all times.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook or saute cook, with experience in all stations; high attention to detail; ability to follow written and verbal directions; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; capability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods; knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards; high school diploma or GED preferred
