About: Momofuku, founded by chef David Chang in 2004, is a renowned restaurant with locations in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, as well as a line of restaurant-grade products for home cooks. Kabawa and Bar Kabawa are the upcoming projects from Chef Paul Carmichael and Momofuku, dedicated to celebrating Caribbean culture in the East Village.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; passion for food, exceptional work ethic, and dedication; strong desire and ability to work effectively in a team; able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time
