Requirements: High School Diploma, Culinary School Diploma if available; Intermediate level English verbal and writing skills; Minimum of six months experience preparing food in various methods such as roast, broil, braise, sauté, fry, and grill; Minimum of six months experience in food production and/or line capacity; Minimum of six months experience in a high-volume hot production operation; Minimum of six months experience in basic cooking techniques and skills; Minimum of six months experience using/operating basic culinary equipment; Proactive, Team Player, Problem Solver; Passionate about hospitality and customer service; Professional appearance and good hygiene; Respect for all co-workers and guests; Able to work 7 days a week; Positive attitude and customer-oriented
