Requirements: Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations; Large batch cooking; Kitchen sanitation knowledge; Able to consistently follow recipe standards; Skills in using a knife and heavy-duty kitchen equipment; High School Diploma; Ability to organize and manage time; Self-motivation – work with little supervision; Able to inspect food items for spoilage and properly rotate; Line cooking and dishwashing skills
