About: Preparation of food items for service in a high-volume restaurant.
Requirements: Required: Knowledge of high-volume kitchen operations; Large batch cooking; Kitchen sanitation knowledge; Able to consistently follow recipe standards; Skills in using a knife and heavy-duty kitchen equipment. Preferred: Ability to organize and manage time; Self-motivation – work with little supervision; Able to inspect food items for spoilage and properly rotate; Line cooking and dishwashing skills; High School Diploma.
