About: Born from a small restaurant in New Orleans’ Mid-City neighborhood, Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group operates two brands with over 20 restaurants throughout the Southeast. The concepts, Ruby Slipper and Ruby Sunshine, bring the spirit and soul of New Orleans to brunch.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; Able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house krewe members; Strong capability to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently; Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work area; Physically capable of reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 50lbs; Capacity to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
