Position: Prep Cook (Food Production Helper)

Requirements: High School Diploma not required; 1 year of experience; Must have valid California Food Handler Card or obtain card within first 30 days of hire; Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures; Demonstrated customer service experience; Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment; Ability to effectively communicate in English; Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds; Demonstrated commitment to USC’s Unifying Values
