Position: Prep Cook/Dishwasher
About: Maryville Academy is seeking a full-time Prep Cook Dishwasher to join the team at Jen School. Maryville Academy is a human services organization with a mission to empower the growth of children and families through various service areas across Chicago, Bartlett, and Des Plaines. Jen School provides specialized academic and vocational opportunities for young men facing academic, emotional, behavioral, or cognitive challenges, ensuring their success.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; at least 2 years of experience working in professional kitchens; Food Handlers Permit required; good knife skills; organized; professional communication skills required; ability to take direction; must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time; must have a passion for food and food service.
