Position: Prep Cook – Cindy’s Rooftop
About: The Chicago Athletic Association, a historic landmark transformed into an incomparable boutique hotel located on Michigan Ave, is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Culinary team for Cindy’s Rooftop. This hotel boasts 240 guest rooms & suites, 17,000 sq. ft of event space, and seven award-winning dining destinations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least three years of previous line and fine dining experience; Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred; ability to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling; good communication skills; able to work multiple kitchen stations; moderate supervision and training required
