Join our reputable Carter Presidential Center team as a Prep Cook, assisting in mass food production, kitchen cleanliness, and supporting culinary leadership as directed.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a kitchen, catering experience preferred; knowledge of food preparation and execution of BEOs; experience in high-volume events; upscale/VIP service styles understanding; background check; excellent communication and organizational skills; strong customer service mentality; ability to work alone and in a team; attention to detail and quick learning; reliable transportation.
