About: Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids is looking for a Bag Prep – 3rd Shift team member to join their Manufacturing operations. The company originated in the mid-1980s as Ashby Soups, evolved into Quality Chef Foods, and was later acquired by Heinz, merging with Kraft in 2015. The facility operates 3 shifts with about 200 hourly staff members producing frozen soups and macaroni & cheese.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Solid knowledge of bag prep, spice, and hand pre-weigh; Ability to communicate effectively and work independently; Follow all safety protocols and perform job responsibilities in a safe manner
