Position: Premium Suites and Catering Manager
About: ASM Global, a leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, is seeking a dedicated Premium Suites and Catering Manager to join their team at Baxter Arena. The Premium Manager will oversee all Food and Beverage Sales and Operation activities for Premium Clients (Suites and Club Seats) and Catering services at designated venues, ensuring top-notch customer service and client retention.
Requirements: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 to 4 years’ experience in food and beverage service; prior supervisory experience preferred; highly motivated, detailed-oriented and able to work independently; excellent time-management and strong communication skills; current food and alcohol manager certifications; highly skilled in computer and digital programs
