Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field; Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry; Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients; Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
