Position: Premium Experience Host
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a part-time Premium Experience Host to join ASM Richmond at Altria Theater. The Premium Experience Host is responsible for delivering exceptional client services, hospitality, and support during premium events, ensuring guests who purchase Memberships, club seats, lounge access, or other premium experiences receive top-notch service. Collaboration with various teams is key to ensuring seamless event execution and maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 21 years of age; minimum 2 years of guest service and communications experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at catering to high-profile guests and VIPs; strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills in fast-paced environments; skilled in de-escalating situations and maintaining a positive attitude; ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; demonstrates judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive guest interactions professionally
