About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking a part-time Premium Experience Host to join the Sales and Marketing team at Altria Theater in Richmond. The Premium Experience Host will be responsible for delivering exceptional client services, hospitality, and support during premium events, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and revenue generation through outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 21 years of age; minimum 2 years of guest service and communications experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at catering to high-profile guests and VIPs; strong problem-solving abilities; skilled in de-escalating situations; flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive guest interactions professionally
