Position: Premium Bartender | Part-Time | Moody Center
About: Oak View Group – Moody Center in Austin, TX is currently seeking a Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Premium Bartender at Oak View Group, you will be responsible for the service of all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The role involves following bar pre-shift notes and menus, serving alcoholic beverages following proper procedures, having knowledge of various beer, wine varieties, spirits, and suggesting upselling products to guests, as well as checking guests’ IDs in accordance with regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in beverage service preferred; strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; ability to follow bar procedures and menus; proficiency in upselling techniques; compliance with state and federal regulations for serving alcohol
