Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; six months or more experience bartending in a high-volume environment; ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through POS system; knowledge of liquor laws; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; willingness to obtain valid food handling certificate and TABC certificate; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and long hours.
