Position: Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative – Remote

Requirements: High School Graduate or GED; 6 months customer service experience minimum; Over 18 years of age; Ability to type 25 wpm; Proven oral & written communication skills; Logical problem-solving skills; Availability to work various shifts; Comfort with desktop computer system; 6 months Call Center experience preferred; Organization and work prioritization skills; Ability to use Windows operating systems
