Position: Practitioner Data Steward – Evernorth Health Services – Hybrid
About: The Cigna Group, dedicated to improving the health and vitality of clients, customers, and patients through Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services divisions, is seeking a Practitioner Data Steward to work on enterprise-wide data governance strategy for the organization.
Requirements: Extensive expertise in defining, implementing, and executing a data stewardship function in a large and complex organization; in-depth knowledge and experience in data governance best practices, methods, and operating models; experience in leading a team of data stewards; solid understanding of healthcare industry and privacy regulatory requirements; ability to perform cross-functionally in a complex, high-paced environment; familiarity with data security and protection methodologies; familiarity with healthcare industry standards; comfortable with working in an agile work environment; at least 10 years of experience leading a team of data-centric professionals with extensive experience in pharmacy, data stewardship, data policy, and standards development.
