Position: Potawatomi Sportsbook Bartender (PT)
About: In a fast-paced, high energy sports bar environment, where exceptional guest service is paramount, we are seeking a Sports Bar Bartender with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent service delivery and upholding the establishment’s values and standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous high volume bartending experience preferred; cash handling experience preferred; familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred; ability to obtain and maintain a City of Milwaukee bartender’s license within 90 days; successful completion of Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days; discretion in handling confidential information; professional interaction with guests and team members; availability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to move freely throughout the property, lift up to 20 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds occasionally; use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during job duties; specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
