Position: Post Merger Integration Senior Consultant

Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field required; Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&A lifecycle (operational due diligence and integration / carve-outs), including prior roles in areas such as PMI, M&A / Corporate Development, corporate strategy, or program management; Experience in Manufacturing Operations preferred; Functional expertise in one or more non-IT areas: e.g., Operations, Sales, HR, or Finance required; Demonstrated Project Management technical skills, with displayed excellence in managing complex cross-functional programs; Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time due to a majority of the work being completed at the client’s site; Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives; Advanced analysis and written and verbal communication skills are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction
