Position: Post Events Manager

About: ABM, a global provider of facility services and solutions, is seeking a Post Events Manager to support operations at Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves overseeing post-event cleanup, staff coordination, and maintaining high cleanliness and operational standards in collaboration with the Project Manager. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and customer service excellence to ensure the venue remains a premier location for fans and guests.

Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus; 1-2 years of Supervisor experience; 1-2 years of customer service experience; Working knowledge of janitorial equipment; Working knowledge of OSHA required processes; Intermediate level of Microsoft programs; Valid State Driver’s License for business travel; Passion for serving others and helping them succeed; Excellent personal organization and planning skills; Excellent follow-up and attention to detail; Ability to anticipate and proactively address problems; Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests on weekends and holidays; Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, Smart Phones, and Internet; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Experience dealing with union environments; Understanding of service industry practices, processes, and trends.
