Requirements: Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus; 1-2 years of Supervisor experience; 1-2 years of customer service experience; Working knowledge of janitorial equipment; Working knowledge of OSHA-required processes; Intermediate level of Microsoft programs; Valid State Driver’s License for business travel; A passion for serving others and helping them succeed; Excellent personal organization and planning skills; Excellent follow-up and attention to detail; Proactive problem-solving and preventive action skills; Flexibility to address urgent client requests on evenings and weekends; Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smart Phones, Internet, and related applications; Strong verbal and written business communication skills; Experience in dealing with union environments; Understanding of service industry practices, processes, and trends
