Requirements: 3 years+ working experience supporting POS hardware/software; 2 years+ working experience consulting with cross-functional teams; Strong experience in hospitality or retail Point of Sale; Ability to troubleshoot Point of Sale functionality; Understand industry standard configuration methods; Strong experience with technical problem resolution; Exceptional organization and communication skills; Experience with large-scale implementation of applications related to restaurant operations; Ability to work effectively as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams; Strong knowledge of application/integration testing strategies
