Position: Porter (Part-Time)
About: FirstService Residential is currently seeking a Custodian/Janitor/Cleaner to join their team. As a Porter at FirstService Residential, the role involves maintaining the appropriate level of sanitary and cleaning supplies for assigned areas, furnishing and burnishing floors, refilling all dispensers, cleaning toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and counters, emptying/removing trash, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning restrooms. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred; ability to effectively use cleaning equipment and supplies; attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks; physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects; keen observation skills
