Position: Porter – Park Avenue at Boulder Creek
About: The Porter ensures proper cleanliness and curb appeal of the community’s exterior appearance. Porters are also expected to assist with other maintenance items as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager at Dayrise Residential. Dayrise Residential is known for delivering exceptional service and building long trusting relationships with residents.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of experience in Property Management; clear understanding of business concepts, processes, and the principles of strategic thinking; practical experience with minor repairs and maintenance duties for multi-family properties
