Position: Porter, Multifamily
About: Evora, a multifamily property managed by Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking a Porter to clean vacant units, property common areas, office, and model units. The role involves collaborating with the Resident Manager, Property Manager, and maintenance staff to maintain the property’s cleanliness and appeal.
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school; Some related experience; Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties; Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred; Able to follow directions and handle projects; Able to complete tasks on time; Able to follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety policies and procedures
