Position: Porter, Multifamily
About: Lake Forest Apartments located in Lake Forest is seeking a Porter for their multifamily units. The Porter will be responsible for cleaning vacant units, property common areas, office, and model units, reporting to the Resident Manager and Property Manager. Collaboration with the maintenance staff is essential for success in this role.
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school; Some related experience; Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used in job duties preferred; Able to follow directions, handle projects, and complete tasks on time; Able to follow all safety policies and procedures; Experience cleaning multifamily residential or commercial buildings preferred
