Position: Porter/Maintenance Technician

Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience, i.e. plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repairs; demonstrated strong guest service skills; demonstrated energetic, self-motivating, and ‘can do’ positive attitude; high-level cleanliness and presentation standards; must have a reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and property emergencies that may occur outside of normal business hours.
