About: Weinstein Properties, a well-established and reputable company that owns and manages apartment homes, is seeking a motivated Porter to join their family in Germantown, downtown Nashville area. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, clubhouse amenities, daily grounds pick up, exterior maintenance such as painting curbs, pressure washing, sweeping parking areas, cleaning the swimming pool, and performing preventative maintenance. If you have at least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning experience, grounds, or residential maintenance, this could be the job for you!
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning experience, grounds, or residential maintenance preferred
