They play a crucial role in supporting the property management team by handling a variety of tasks, from janitorial duties to property maintenance, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the premises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow company policies and procedures along with state and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, ADA, Fair Housing); strong attention to detail and proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance and safety issues; physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks; good communication and teamwork skills
