About: Scion Group LLC is seeking a Porter/Gatekeeper to maintain a residential property’s common areas with detail-oriented care. The role includes general upkeep of indoor and outdoor spaces, occasional assistance with maintenance tasks, and a focus on customer satisfaction within a collegiate setting.
Requirements: High school/GED or trade school diploma and one year of full-time experience in lawn/grounds maintenance; efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor and materials; record of punctuality and dependability, ability to work under pressure and flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies; possession of a valid driver’s license; ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary
