Requirements: Minimum of one to two years of janitorial and/or maintenance experience, i.e. plumbing, electric, carpentry, appliance repairs; Demonstrated strong guest service skills; Demonstrated energetic, self-motivating, and “can do” positive attitude; High-level cleanliness and presentation standards; Must have a reliable source of transportation for required on-call rotation and property emergencies that may occur outside of normal business hours
