Position: Porter job
About: The Porter position involves providing support to site management and maintenance for property upkeep, ensuring grounds are clean and presentable to tenants and guests by performing tasks like sweeping hallways, walkways, and entryways, maintaining egresses, addressing perimeter fencing and light fixtures, and supporting maintenance staff with routine tasks such as changing light bulbs and moving furniture. Requirements: 1-year Porter experience preferred or previous ground maintenance experience a plus;Physical requirements: frequent bending, stooping, and reaching, walking property grounds for extended periods, ability to lift up to 30lbs, and work in various weather conditions;Education: High School Diploma or GED Required
