About: This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of an assigned property to ensure a comfortable and orderly environment for residents, employees, and visitors. The porter plays a crucial role in promoting sanitary conditions and preventing the spread of unsanitary conditions and odors through various cleaning and maintenance tasks within the facility.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalency required; 1-2 years of previous custodial experience preferred; effective written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required; must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of various tools and equipment; ability to operate a standard golf cart
