The role involves providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of the properties. The position requires a willingness to learn and accept responsibility for general maintenance duties within the HOA setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to learn and accept responsibility for general maintenance tasks; ability to perform duties related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, landscaping, pressure washing, and other maintenance needs; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete service requests promptly
