About: Cordish Companies is seeking a Porter to join their team. The Porter will be responsible for a variety of tasks including exterior lighting maintenance, property cleanliness, and minor repairs, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment for residents.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ability to read, write, and follow oral instructions; knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of various hand tools, user-moved aids, and power tools; physical abilities including being on feet, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying; experience in property maintenance preferred
