Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements; ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; physical ability to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in different environments; willing to work overtime and on-call hours as needed
