Position: Porter job
About: Truckee Gaming LLC is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Porter responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and employee areas of Gold Ranch Casino in compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The role involves ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met throughout the casino property, inside and outside the building.
Requirements: Education/Experience: 1 year experience working as a Porter within a casino environment preferred. Language Ability: Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language – speak and read. Math Ability: None. Reasoning Ability: Experience working with a variety of chemicals and standard cleaning equipment; must work at a steady pace, follow instructions and safety procedures, work well with others, possess good customer service and employee relations skills. Computer Skills: None. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally; handle heavy-duty equipment; push and pull heavy-duty equipment; perform prolonged walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and kneeling without restriction; withstand working with chemicals and noise of equipment.
