About: AAM is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a residential Homeowner’s Association (HOA) to assist in maintaining buildings, building systems, common areas, and other physical assets within the property. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to homeowners and handling various maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, pressure washing, and pool maintenance. The candidate must be willing to learn general maintenance skills and work collaboratively with the Community Manager and Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s upkeep and functionality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to learn general maintenance skills; experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and other maintenance tasks preferred; ability to troubleshoot maintenance problems and perform assigned service requests; physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs and ladders, work in various environmental conditions, and operate manual and power tools; strong organizational and communication skills; adept at working both independently and in a team environment.
