They are currently seeking a reliable, friendly, and dedicated Porter to join the team and support in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment at the facility.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Previous experience in a housekeeping, porter, or custodial role is a plus, preferably in a healthcare or assisted living setting; Ability to lift and move objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods; Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff, residents, and families; Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor; Must be able to work independently and as part of a team; Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays; A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
