Requirements: Education Required: Must possess and maintain a valid Food Handlers Certificate or a Chicago Department of Public Health Food Service Managers Certificate; Experience Required: 1 year of previous work experience, or an equivalent combination of related training and experience; Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of basic sanitation principles, basic math skills, ability to follow instructions, lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, handle food, and work in varying temperatures.
