About: Responsible for the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and property grounds, including a wide range of maintenance tasks, this position entails various responsibilities such as trash removal, cleaning pool areas, performing landscaping duties, and assisting the Property Manager with various tasks. The role requires physical capability for manual labor and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, and vendors.
Requirements: Able to communicate effectively with written and oral instructions; Proficient in English for business interactions; Capable of reading and writing various documents such as instructions, memos, and service requests; Successful completion of pre-employment background check, including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screening
