About: Maintains and cleans all common areas of Su Casa, both inside and outside, keeping them spotless, safe, and sanitary. The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various areas of the building, as well as assisting tenants and ensuring safety measures are in place. Su Casa aims to provide a clean and welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors.
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience. Good interpersonal skills and hands-on knowledge of maintenance trades
