About: Maintains and cleans all common areas of Su Casa, both inside and outside, keeping them spotless, safe, and sanitary. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various common areas, snow removal, assisting tenants, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience. Good interpersonal skills and hands-on knowledge of maintenance trades. Must be available for ad hoc emergencies, i.e., snowstorms, flooding, etc.
